Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mango, pineapple and kiwi (mixed)
1/2 cup (canned) coconut milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1 "jawbone" of a mango, sliced (approx 1/3 of a mango)
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method:
1) In a blender, blend the frozen fruit and coconut milk until smooth. Pour into a bowl
2) Top with the sliced mango, blueberries and desiccated coconut
