Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cups almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
2 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp gluten free oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
1) Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth and creamy.
